2012 Service Design Workshop Website

A large proportion of current GDP in the global economy is made up by the service industry. However, not many companies know how to innovate upon it to create competitive advantages. This workshop will outline the definition, principles, methods, and tools of an emerging field – Service Design. In addition to hands on activities, participants will work on a project to develop concepts and prototypes for a technology-based educational service system for students.
